Users must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and applicable intellectual property laws in their jurisdiction. You agree not to use TubeSwift to circumvent digital rights management (DRM), access paywalled/subscription material, or duplicate commercial recordings without license.

4. No Storage or Hosting of Media

TubeSwift does not maintain a repository or catalog of files. All media is fetched transiently and streamed directly to the user upon request. We do not host or archive user downloads on our servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every third-party platform update.
